Introduction to magnesia chrome brick classification

Magnesia-chrome bricks are alkaline refractory products. They are generally produced from sintered magnesia (MgO content between 89% and 92%) and chromium ore. The so-called magnesia-chrome bricks generally refer to light-burned magnesia. Magnesia-chrome bricks fired from imported chrome ore are also called ordinary sintered magnesia-chrome bricks, or magnesia-chrome bricks for short.
1. Ordinary sintered magnesia chrome bricks: the raw material purity is not high, light burnt magnesia is used, and the sintering temperature is low;
2. Directly bonded magnesia-chromium bricks: The raw materials have high purity and use dead-burned magnesia. The sintering temperature of the bricks in the tunnel kiln is higher than that of ordinary sintered magnesia-chromium bricks;
3. Fused semi-rebonded magnesia-chrome bricks: The raw materials are dead-burned magnesia and fused magnesia, and the sintering temperature is higher than ordinary sintered magnesia-chrome bricks;
4. Fused rebonded magnesia chromium brick: The raw material is made of fused magnesia, which is expensive;
5.
